The product works as it is supposed to, but in my opinion the hose is too short and too small in diameter. It takes forever to drain the oil (I have 3 of these, two of the 12mm honda ones and one 3/8 one on my kohler command pro). These two issues combined cause problems for me because my engines are mounted in places where i cant set the bucket down and the slow draining because of the small diameter hose means that i have to hold the drain pan up in the air for what seems like an eternity. After a few minutes it becomes heavy and uncomfortable to hold the bucket as high up as I must. I will be customizing these items to better suit my needs.
