I received this miracle of technology, they brought it on time, the box was without damage. The TV is well packed, no visible defects. When I turned on and connected to Wi-Fi, I immediately found and installed the firmware, I liked the image quality, the sound, it seemed to me, was decent for such a TV (turned on the surround sound) in the contrast and brightness settings did not drip, everything suits me so well. 1st day, the response of the remote control is good, everything switches quickly, Alice (from the remote control) understands the commands well and finds the desired content, there are no complaints. Installed a couple of applications from the proposed ones. On the 2nd day, when watching TV shows, movies, the “wheel” often spins, although the router is good, it gives out about 300-400 megabits on Wi-Fi, and the data “freezes” in the evening of the second day occur more and more often. I noticed that when watching movies, if you "call" Alice from the remote control, when you press the button, the delay is 3-4 seconds, and only then the said text is displayed and searched. The menu freezes, it does not display the contents of the "home page" for a long time, just gray squares without content, perhaps this is due to a small amount of RAM, and the cache is cleared. Toward evening, "glitches" associated with the "wheel" and displaying content when searching or in the menu became longer, you wait 2-3 seconds to switch, and you wait the same amount to display content, the Alice call button began to work even slower , you press on the remote control, you speak, and only after 5 seconds the said text is displayed on the TV, and then, not all, that is, the phrases are lost. 01/26/23. - Hard lags, just hangs on everything, on any switch. Alice from the remote control stopped responding (hear me), the button works with a long delay, tried to reboot, it didn’t help, did a reset, it didn’t help, Alice “left” my TV and yes, I also reconnected the remote control, deleted it, to no avail. Not very happy with the purchase.
