Great for long runs though.
**Update** Hydration bladder sucks. The hose-to-package connector hardly snaps in and out, and the material begins to fall apart. I use Camelbak 1.5 and 2L reservoir and they work well with this running vest! Bought it for longer runs (15+ miles) and wore it shirtless for a run. The material was chafing on my arms under my biceps and armpit (due to the way my arms move when running - when my arms are pushed closer to my body). Needless to say I had no issues before I started shirtless running and overall this is a great hydration pack that I prefer to my CamelBak hydration pack. I recommend using this when putting on a shirt.
