Can be confirmed to be compatible with Valve Index (using default settings of 90Hz, 100% resolution) on Asus Zephyrus GX502 laptop with Type-C -Connector with connected DisplayPort 1.4 support directly to an RTX 2070. In theory, this should work with any VR system/computer that has a DP 1.4 capable Type-C connector connected directly to the GPU (not to the integrated graphics in the CPU). I was able to check the DP 1.4 on the laptop manufacturer's website, but had to assume a direct connection to the graphics card. The case gets very hot so I might put some mini heatsinks on it.
