Excellent quality replacement plug for power tools, extension cords etc. Instructions not included but available on Leviton website. Capsule version of the instructions: Strip the wire jacket 7/8-1". Strip the ends of the wires 3/8-1/2". Snap the connector body onto the cable before connecting the wires. Connect hot (black) to brass, neutral (white) to silver, green to green. The silver screw may look like brass due to reflections from the yellow case. Look at it in a good light. Wires are not designed to be wrapped around screws. They are clamped between the floating U-plate and the base plate. Assemble the connector and tighten the screws on the cable clamp on the back of the connector.
