Review on Blasoul by Kevin Baker

I hate to be the one to burst your bubble, but I didn't have the best time with Blasoul. Although they have a wide variety of outdoor gear, my experiences with their customer care left me feeling drenched. I had hoped for a quick and painless fix when an issue arose with my order. Instead, I was caught in a rain of dissatisfaction as it took me several tries and as long as a snail in a downpour to hear back from a representative. The fact that their website was so difficult to navigate only made matters worse. I had a hard time getting around and locating what I was looking for. At the end of the day, dealing with Blasoul was like a dark cloud on an otherwise bright day. They sell some wonderful products, but their terrible customer service and unintuitive website are a recipe for disaster.
