Review on Feedback Sports Sprint Work Stand by Steven Brouillard

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Best sports stand yet

I had trouble getting this stand. I originally ordered through Revain and they sent me the wrong one (I have the Elite). I sent it back and they replaced it and AGAIN I got the Elite so I sent it back and decided to order elsewhere and I finally got it. . Open the box and the stand is ready to use. This is truly a work of art. Everything is VERY precise and runs smooth as glass. The long horizontal arm that pivots up and locks into the carriage bolt was very tight and took a bit of force to put together, but I fixed that by fiddling with it a bit and loosening it up so it's much easier now is. The fork mount is easy to move with a single adjustment knob. You can also easily raise and lower the working height. The stand is very well made. The fork mount is very versatile and seems to work with almost all types of forks. At the other end of the stand is a simple bracket that the carriage sits on. I wish it had some sort of strap as an option, so if you want to attach it to a mount you can do that. I could attach a simple Velcro there myself, but it still works. This stand is perfect for carbon bikes with carbon seat posts. I work on a lot of bikes and have NEVER liked putting carbon in a traditional clamp style work stance. It is also very easy to wash the bike with this stand. You get on the bike and wash it and you can turn the bike very easily and it makes cleaning your bikes easier by lifting it off the ground so you can clean those areas on the underside a lot easier. I would recommend this stand to anyone who is serious about cycling. I think it's great value for what you get.
