After losing a few good drives to knocking them off the sofa armrest and onto the floor, I decided for that little bumper-ed app to try out. It repeatedly fell from the same hand and the drive was not damaged. He also touched the sidewalk once and suffered no external or internal injuries. This is a solid case made from thicker metal than any I've bought. If you're looking for an ultra-lightweight case, this might not be the case for you. If you're clumsy like me and want something to lick, then this little guy can't be beat.
