Review on Genemod by William Stewart

What I like best is that it makes my job so much easier by automating tasks without having to be in front of an instrument all day long! It's also very user friendly for someone who doesn't have any experience with this software as well if they are not familiar w/instrument control protocols or troubleshooting issues when things don;t go right (such as missing files).

There really isn’t anything at present which would make me dislike using them overall but maybe more features could help out? Not sure what else there may need improvement upon however we do receive updates fairly frequently from their support team whenever something does come up regarding our system / hardware etc..
