Is disposable glass what you need?

[Here is an update of my comments below. Glass breaks less often now. This is because fewer of them remain whole to break. There are two or three glasses left. They often break when washed in the dishwasher; Some break when taken out of the dishwasher. So far none have broken just sitting on a counter in an empty room.] These are eye-catching glasses. The problem is that they break easily. I've had them for less than a month. At the moment half of the larger glasses are broken. Some broke when I put them in the dishwasher; some when I took them out. The good news is that none of the little jars have broken yet. The bad news is that I haven't used the smaller jars yet. Some lie untouched in the closet; the others are still in the box. Obviously the key to the long life of this glassware is to keep it in the box when not in use. It's not expensive, so if you think of them as single-use plastic drinking glasses, you're fine. However, I find that in my experience, single-use plastic drinking glasses are much more durable.
