My closet arrived in perfect condition. The tree was not damaged at all. Just collect. It took me and 2 curious cats maybe 20 minutes total. All holes matched and connected with no problems. I ended up only using 2 of the 4 adjustable shelves for 112 DVDs and Blu-Ray discs and it could hold a few more if I put them on top of the standing ones. This looks pretty much what I expected. This is not an expensive shelf, so there is no point in thinking about it. Nice shelf for your money. I needed something to hold my Blu-ray and media player in the bedroom and this fits perfectly. It seemed a bit flimsy until I put a DVD on it and the weight stabilized it. I would buy again.
