My goal was to be able to get up early without waking my wife and I managed it. It vibrates enough to wake me up and isn't very loud. Bad: Alarm setting is terrible. You could say the main use case was to remind people that you're on medication or something because an act of Congress is required to change attitudes. I read other reviews about it and figured I was tech savvy enough to get around this. nope The design of the system is terrible. Another big minus is the branded charging cable. I lost it so now I have a very expensive bracelet. It would be cool if they just put the micro USB to the side. I won't buy another one just to get a cable.
