I bought this item for my husband and obviously I didn't read the fine print. I was given 30 days to return the item. The product did not work on my husband's car even though I entered all the details about his car. Due to scheduled work, he was unable to attempt to insert the part. When I then contacted Dorman, they gave me a contact company to contact about returning the product. This company only had an answering machine. In short, only buy this product if you are sure that you have enough time to buy it, try it and return it because it doesn't always work.
