AGAPASS Fall Short of Their Own Mission Statement

According to AGAPASS, a leading supplier of office supplies, school supplies, book covers, and book accessories, their goal is to supply customers with high-quality products at reasonable costs while also offering great customer service. But my most recent dealings with them have demonstrated that they fall short of their own expectations. First first, while having reasonable prices, their products' quality is subpar. I ordered a set of book covers from AGAPASS, and I was dissatisfied to see that they were shoddy constructed and disintegrated after only a week of use. They were rude and uncaring when I got in touch with their customer care department to ask for a refund or replacement. Customer service, in general, is not unusual. The personnel was unhelpful and unprofessional, and I considered them to be nasty. Instead, they appeared more interested in disputing with me and placing the responsibility for their subpar goods on me. My experience with AGAPASS has been incredibly bad all around. Despite the strong claims in their mission statement, they fall short in terms of both product quality and customer service. Others should go elsewhere for their office and school supply needs, I would strongly advise.

Pros
  • high-caliber goods
Cons
  • International shipping possibilities are extremely limited.
