Easy to install, short lifespan
They were incredibly easy to install. This is coming from a guy who has never changed a single part on his car. But as you can see now from the date of my post-purchase review in December 2017, it sucks. I popped the hood up to help a buddy jump on his car and the freaking hood won't stand on its own anymore. Great if you need a quick fix, but my OEMs lasted from October 2007 to December 2017. 10 years compared to ONE of these. Purchase at your own risk.
