Replaced the Keurig unit. While I can't refer to the single cup side of the machine as it was rarely used (I bought a double machine to give non-coffee drinkers the option to have other drinks). The carafe cracked for no reason after 2 or 3 months of use, after researching we found that the carafe of this model can fail without warning after a very short period of use and poses a risk of breakage when filling. The glass carafe is not covered by the warranty. There was no better replacement than the original, which had a history of failures. All of the higher quality replacement carafes were either too tall or too short. The main unit was also difficult to keep clean. I replaced this unit with another brand after realizing that a more durable replacement carafe was not available.
