Review on Dorman 751 047 Passenger Window Regulator by Mike Groover

This product is very easy to install. I'm grateful for this because I've installed and uninstalled three different governors and it still doesn't work properly. The first worked fine in both manual and auto modes up and down, but the polarity changed with bottom being up and top being down. Dorman advised me to swap two wires, which fixed the polarity, but then the auto up and down didn't work. I went through the reset procedure countless times before finally requesting a new part. A new one came, the polarity is correct, but the car is still not there. Tried this routine countless times before asking for a third. Still no car but inevitably gave up as this is my passenger window and I'm just glad it goes up and down. However, you can try to contact Dorman again, but one star is for having to deal with this issue. The auto up-down worked fine prior to this controller, so I know it's a product issue.
