MDF with one side laminate
Yes I forgot to read the reviews because when something says solid wood it implies it is not MDF. I'm not sure how much more cost effective it is to put cheap wood laminate on top of MDF than just cut it from boards. Definitely they will work, I just need to add extra layers of paint that I didn't plan on doing. when running as edges are vital to my project.
