Over tightening will pull the screw out of the actual bracket. Once installed, there is no way to keep them taut. I've tried Loctite, glue, etc. They unscrew from the case and don't stay in place. Save your money and buy something more expensive but better assembled. If you need to put them on to pass a test, then they're fine for that purpose, but not for actual long-term use.
