Fantastic lightweight pan
This huge, fabulously deep pan has no flaws. I can't believe how much he holds. It even has amounts in cups and liters on the inside of the pot. It's so easy to clean and goes in the oven up to 500°F without the lid and 350°F with the lid. They recommend wooden or silicone instruments, metal instruments are well tolerated. Just don't use a regular blender, whisk, or knife for this. I like the two handles that make it easy to carry a heavy, full pot. I'm buying my son and daughter one for Christmas! What a good deal!
