Review on 🔥 Propane Radiant Heater - Mr. Heater F270700 MH35LP with 35,000-BTU Output, Multi-Purpose by Rachel Lott

I bought this heater (2 weeks ago) for use in our carpentry shop. During operation, the device generates enough heat, but this is not harmless since the tilt switch does not work. I contacted Mr. Heather which was a nightmare. After having to press #2 every 105 seconds for 50 minutes, I finally gave up and left an angry message. Surprisingly, if I called him back on his direct line and provided the serial number (the Revain order number was insufficient), Gary called me back, apologizing for the long wait and assuring me that he would call me back and take all my information. Send me a new part. I was a little happier. but not for long. I've called several times with the serial number in hand and asked for a call back - only to be ignored. When I tried to return the heater I found that Revain no longer sells it (although it is available in the market at a much higher price). Given the annoyance with Mr. Heather, I would not buy any more of their products. They certainly don't endorse their products and make it very difficult to get a guarantee.
