
I've wanted to try cooking with sous vide technology for a long time. I researched many brands and decided I just don't want to deal with being forced to use an app to use a device! I never have to turn on the stove remotely as leaving raw meat in a basin of water for several hours just doesn't suit me. You don't have to rely on a running application either. This Wancle had good reviews and was being sold at a daily price, so I jumped at the chance to try it out! I love this shop! It's easy to use and has worked reliably so far. I made a tender, medium-rare CHUCK roast that cannot be prepared with any other cooking method I've ever tried. I've made tender juicy pork tenderloin, moist delicious salmon, succulent chicken thighs, perfect asparagus and the best carrots anyone could ask for. I'm trying chicken breasts today and I have steaks, a burger and back ribs in my freezer just waiting for me to try them too. I am very pleased with the quality and ease of use of this submersible circulator.
