The device only worked the first time with Torque Pro. After that it never connected again. I tried another app recommended in the reader package but I couldn't connect. I checked the included Wi-Fi troubleshooting guide for each option applicable to Android. Again no connection possible. I'm not sure why it stops working after the first successful connection. I tried another Android phone with the free version of Torque. Again, the phone shows OBD II Wi-Fi as connected, but the app says the connection was refused. After a day of unsuccessful attempts to connect I give up and send it back for a refund.
