I bought this for my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee when we got a Labrador Retriever puppy. The package arrived on time with no dings or dings. I was surprised how long it took to assemble. It wasn't hard to understand, but it seemed like most of them could have been pre-assembled. Once installed on the back of my jeep and separating the cargo area from the back seat, it worked fine. After about 1 week I noticed a knocking sound that was clearly coming from the back of the car. Upon examining the barrier, it became apparent that the latches holding the horizontal bars to the vertical bars had loosened. I tightened the screws and took another ride. There was still a rattle. I found that the bottom left horizontal bar was causing most of the rattling, and I had to push that bar in to reduce its horizontal length to stop the rattling. I've been checking the bolts about every week since I've had my barrier and they are always loose causing the horizontal bars to fall off. I drive on paved city streets and on the highway. I don't ride off-road and I don't even ride dirt roads, so there's no excuse for it to go nuts all the time. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this barrier as it requires constant adjustment/tightening.
