Review on ONeill Protection Youth Basic Sleeve Boys' Swimwear: Superior Comfort and Safety by Alan Estell

We have a medium height 10 year old wearing an oversized t shirt and shorts. We ordered a youth size 14 thinking it would fit as we usually order a size 12 as it runs small based on reviews. When 2pm arrived we picked him up and he looked small, he could barely lift him over his head and further. As soon as he could put it on, his arms stretched out, his stomach was exposed, and he could barely breathe. I don't even know what size we could consider. I still have it as we missed the return deadline in case anyone wants me to send it to them. :) Still has the label.
