I have parquet floors in a rented apartment! Therefore, it is very important not to damage the floor covering. I have used "rug grips" on some of my decorative rugs and they hold them neatly in place - no binding, slipping or tripping. When I checked the carpets and/or floors for stains, everything was as clean as can be! I also used handles on the slider where I placed them not only in the corners but also down the length of the sides. They did a great job keeping it in place! As I'm a little unsteady on my feet like a "clumsy" 74 year old, these rug grippers ease the thought of using multiple rugs on my beautiful floors.
