My Swim Splint - Medical Supplies

I have a thumb splint from my doctor. When I asked about the swim she said I could take it off but I wouldn't use my right hand much and be very careful. Well, I tried swimming that way, but after a short while it hurt too much. So I went to Revain looking for a thumb splint that could handle the pool. I haven't been to the pool yet, but if the velcro paint doesn't dissolve in the water, she really isn't afraid of water. While it's a lot more comfortable than it looks and than I expected, I don't want it to be my 24/7 tire. It's hard plastic, so that's to be expected. The feed helps when water is not used. I don't see any problems with swimming. I'll go in a day or two. If there are any changes in performance, I will update the review. So if you have a sprained thumb with arthritis and/or other thumb issues that require immobilization of the base of the thumb but want to be in the water, this is for you a circle. My thumb knuckle where they measure is 2.5 inches. The joint at the base of the thumb is quite large/swollen due to injuries and arthritis. The little one fits very well, almost as if it was made for my hand. The lining is quite thin, so it practically does not interfere with the landing. Conclusion: Comfortable enough for a 100% rigid tire. Very easy. Waterproof. Seems well done. Wish it was cheaper but still worth the price. I would recommend it.
