There were no problems with the delivery but the helmet broke 2 weeks after the return period. Happy to change that if seller helps fix it. I know it's not their fault, but the manufacturer should polish their product. The adjusting screw on the back turned immediately. I only had to spend 20 minutes using duct tape to keep it from completely coming off. I've had cheap helmets ($20-$30) for years and the last time I bought them was $50. It was another step forward, and in their attempt to keep everything light and small, this rear take is a little oversimplified. If the seller contacts me and sends me a new one, I'll be happy to send the old one back and change this rating. I really wanted to love this helmet. I even took it on vacation where I rode about 150 bikes in 5 days just to keep up with my training for a century. I just finished the race of the century last weekend and now I still have a loose helmet that won't tighten. Small jagged strips even fall out.
