It's AMAZING, controls my air conditioner in the garage!
I use it in my garage for air conditioning (probably not designed for it). It works exactly the way you want it to. Set the maximum humidity, set a breakpoint and go. No more damaging the instrument, no more warping of the wood. I would buy another one if I needed one.
