Not as easy as you might think.
The physics behind creating an easy-to-use garlic press are complex, and they haven't beaten them here. Any spot on the surface that isn't a hole rests on the mass of the clove, and since raw garlic isn't mashed potatoes, it takes a lot of effort to crush it. Individual holes aren't sharp so it's really a struggle. I suspect the ads I saw on my phone were sped up. Don't buy this. Use either an OXO Press or a Micro Grater.
