I ordered this product because of the many great reviews. My product arrived well protected in its original packaging. It was easy to set up. Batteries were included. The written instructions were clearly written. The digital display was NOT glued to the handle, but placed at a 90 degree angle (perpendicular) to the handle. The bottom of the digital display was a bit sticky, so I pressed firmly to make contact. It seemed to work. Not all keys work on the number pad. The only buttons that work are the power button and the feet vs meter button. I cannot erase data without turning off the device. I can't save data. It still works. I just need to record the measurement itself before moving on to the next measurement. Exercise due diligence. If you can't use the product right away (like in my case), open the box and turn on the product before the return window closes. Sometimes defective items are sent out and you don't want to receive a semi-working product 10 days after the return period has expired. Update on my review: I have checked the documents that came with this measuring wheel and although there is a "Contact Customer Service" it does not have a mailing address or contact phone number. I would not recommend purchasing a product that does not have a customer service department to help a customer with any questions or concerns.
