I like that it's in Spanish, so there is no need to learn new languages when using this platform! It can be confusing at first but after some time getting used with everything they have built out makes things easier as well (like having an integrated CRM).
We are solving our customer service problems by providing them all of their communication platforms under one roof - including social media marketing tools which we use heavily ourselves :) The fact that its fully customizable helps keep us organized every day because now what works today may not work tomorrow if something changes within Oracel itself.
