The plastic case got the first red flag, the light bars would handle the tilting better if it had a ball joint on both light bars. I set the light brightness to high and when the light turns off automatically it always goes back to low when motion is detected. Motion detection is sloppy and inconsistent; It takes more than 30 seconds to get the notification and the app is so sloppy and this whole product seems in a rush to get something out there. I'll give this one a week to impress before sending it back. I am not very happy with this product at the moment. - 09/15/21 Image quality is not 2k or close (set to FHD). When there is no movement the picture looks fine, but when there is movement it becomes pixelated. to add the camera again. Finally reset refractory camera and app late at night and got it working. September 25 / The camera goes off again, I'm at work and I turn off the messaging device. but at least the crappy moving lights still work. I have an image that shows the moving lights are working, but the red light on the camera indicates it's not connected and there is a problem.
