I purchased this item for a trip to South Korea and Australia knowing I have an iPhone, iPad and laptop that will be used during the night need to be charged constantly. . I unpacked the device in South Korea, but never used it. Plugged it in today in Perth, plugged it in, hooked it up through my iPad and iPhone and it quickly buckled, sparkled, smoked and blew a fuse in my apartment. I managed to restore power but the device is fried and unusable. Oh yeah, it comes with a nice mesh pouch and various charging adapters, but that didn't work for me at all. Maybe I got a defective device. I do not know. I know I wasted $45 and now I have the inconvenience of having to buy adapters and chargers to view them locally. And I'm not inclined to carry it with me, to pack it for the way home, all to send it back. My best hypotheses are probably poorly designed and cheaply built.
