8'x10' pad for under rug not laying flat.
Because of the way the pad was folded it will not stay flat under the rug, therefore it makes my expensive 8'x10' rug look lumpy. I am not at all happy with it. There has to be another way to ship it without creasing it and making it flat to eliminate the problem. I've had the pad for a couple of weeks. Really would like a tip as to how to get the creases out.
