Review on Kyocera Ceramic Peeler CP 99PK Pink by Christine Wilkie

I'm not sure what to say about the peeler. The ceramic ones are way better than my mom's old metal ones. Peels carrots, cucumbers, potatoes and sweet potatoes like a whistle with little or no effort. You can even use it to make thin slices of vegetables for salads. This one looks neat and is easy to use. The small open protrusions on the sides are very handy for getting into eyes and questionable spots. With protrusions on both sides, the knife is suitable for every hand. I have to say that the size and shape of the handle makes it a little better than my other ceramic handles. I use it a lot and haven't cut myself with it yet. I don't know if it's the design or if I'm just being careful. Comes out of the dishwasher like new. If anything were to happen to this one I would spend extra money to replace it with an exact same one. I would probably buy another if they made them in purple.
