Amazing! I wish I had bought this 19 years ago when I bought my house. So easy! Works perfectly! I bought this kit to use with a 16 gallon Ridgid. Shop vacuum cleaner 6.5hp I was a bit concerned as it was not an OEM Ridgid accessory but everything fits perfectly and is of good quality. As you can see in the picture, there are very few maple (helicopter) seed pods left because they got stuck in the "grooves" of the chute guards. I've always been frustrated with these gutters for this reason, and also because they encourage ice formation in winter. Because this accessory makes cleaning the gutters easier, I can easily remove the gutter guard. I am sure there is all sorts of rubbish that gets into the gutters through small cracks and is hidden and inaccessible because of the guards. I expect this accessory will eliminate the need for gutter guards and allow regular access to completely clean dirt, grit, etc. from my gutters. I added a (Ridgid) extra "head" (see pic) to the hook part to get onto the roof and suck up the seed pods that didn't quite hit the gutters. The Ridgid vacuum has an attachment hose and pipe parts, but this accessory kit does not. However, I haven't had any issues with parts falling apart as friction and vacuum keep everything in order. However, if you have trouble pulling parts apart, just use duct tape!
