UPDATE 11/18/18: Kudos to Keywell. You read my review and contacted me immediately. They were professional and polite. Almost immediately they offered to replace the broken light AND DID IT! I received the light and received a follow up email the same day! I was very impressed with their exemplary customer service. I've raised my rating from 4 stars to 5 for customer service and not the light {switch}. a while! I'll see how it holds up (and update my review) which was my original and ONLY real criticism of it. However if I have other light issues I am now confident that this Keywell will support their product. and do it right This light is of great value; It's bright, offers 3 lighting options (steady, blinking, and SOS), is lightweight, and charges/recharges in less than two hours. I would recommend this light for serious reflection. Now I'm a happy tourist. There are many things about this light that I like. It's bright, USB rechargeable (and charges fast!), super light, and easily attaches to anything with the included clip. Unfortunately, as I read in another review, the light switch at the top doesn't respond very well. I bought it on October 4th, I liked it but I'm already having trouble turning it on and off. There's a 60-day no-questions-asked return policy and a two-year warranty. I'm honestly not sure I can get through two years without AT LEAST a few replacements. I hope the seller will read this and get in touch as I have no way of contacting him.
