Leaks in all but 'ideal' circumstances

Wanted to buy a domestically made bidet so Biffy seemed to be the answer. The bidet worked well enough but after two weeks of use the handle was leaking. Lots of water near the toilet. I have contacted Biffy to see if they have a spare set of o-rings or similar but they are NOT SERVICED. You can send it to Biffy for maintenance. Let me reiterate: you can remove your bidet FROM YOUR toilet, mail it in and send it to Biffy for service. I don't want to be a techie at Biffy! Tech support told me that bidets sometimes leak at low pressure. A few things are wrong: 1) I have a new hydraulic tank that boosts PSI, and 2) what kind of garbage house plumbing fails at LOW pressure?! We moved the grip around a bit to, we guess, wet the o-rings inside for a better seal. This reduced the leakage, but it still leaked every time we used it. Now, after 5 months, the internal seal is broken and the bidet works continuously. This brand new hydraulic tank really gets a workout. save your money I understand that there are limited options if you want "Made in the USA", but if you're the only domestically produced option, you'd better have a quality product. It's embarrassing that the Chinese can make a more authentic [graphic description of human anatomy redacted] cleaner than we can.
