Review on StarTech Com Bracket Equipment Mounting WALLMOUNT6 by Hamilton Larcony

So far I am very satisfied with this patch panel. Appearance is pretty good. It's a nice black color and the quality of the paint seems to be such that it doesn't chip and is easy to clean. Installation was really easy. The included instructions include a drilling template that perfectly matches the wall studs. I was confident that this patch panel would not fall off the wall. I am very glad that I chose the 8U panel. It wasn't much bigger and gave me more space for my gear. One feature I would have liked to see in this panel is something to manage cables. Maybe some mounting options to hide long cables etc. I connected this panel to a StarTech 1U vented shelf. I like the resulting look and functionality. Together with StarTech, I made a 2U shelf of suitable depth. Your existing 2U shelf is too deep for this panel. Overall I am very happy with this panel. I would definitely buy again.
