Definitely brighter than the old halogen bulb
I ordered these LED bulbs because I only have one reversing light in my car. A halogen bulb wasn't enough to illuminate what was behind me, so I decided to replace it with an LED bulb. The single LED bulb is a significant improvement over the single halogen bulb. I'm sure other cars with two bulbs would be even better, but since my car only has one I just keep the other bulb as a backup. I can definitely recommend these lamps.
