Unfortunately after less than an hour of use we were surprised by a strange noise coming from the motor so we stopped it, contacted Revain and sent it back. I think good things come to an end. Waoooo! Black Lasko H20660 is a wonderful and powerful fan! Self isolating since February when we are a little distracted we have a BBQ on our patio from time to time. We love grilling at home, and this product is a must-have during the hot Texas summer. I placed this makeshift fan on a sturdy table on the porch. Comes with a remote control that runs on 2 AAA batteries (tiny batteries). The options are on/off and speed 1, 2, 3. At 2 your hair blows in the wind and at 3 you pull it out😁 You can find the same options on the fan mount/frame. YES, it's a bit noisy when its 3 blades slice through the air, but that's only because it's fast and efficient. Also, this is NOT the moment when you CANNOT speak. When you are having a conversation, this does not prevent you from hearing the interlocutor. You still have to turn on the music. lol. This durable 20 inch fan can be wall mounted. A mounting plate WITH TWO HOLES FOR HANGING is included so all you need to do is get the screws. This fan can be rotated or mounted at will. This is not an outdoor fan, so keep it on your porch away from water sources. At least that's what I do. It's on the table and it's stable. There are a few rubber parts to avoid damaging the support it stands on. The cable is long, the plug is grounded. Many competitors have sold it for a lot more money so I'm glad I bought it here.
