Review on 🗺️ Garmin Portable Friction Mount: Convenient Frustration-Free Packaging for Easy Use by Joshua Flame

I have tried every other type of mount for my Garmin GPS including the suction cup and AC vent mounts but the vents block AC airflow and the suction cup mounts come loose right away . I had to remove the AC grill clamps when not in use to allow air to flow freely through. These clips are not easy to put on and take off and are troublesome. It always took a few tries before the suction cup stuck. I decided to give it a try and boy am I glad I did. It sits perfectly on the dashboard of my 2006 Honda CR-V and stays in place. I went into some corners on purpose and did a few quick stops, accelerations and decelerations and the thing didn't budge an inch. Once parked, I can just take it off the dashboard with the GPS connected and place it on the floor in front of the seat so it's out of sight. Then simply put it back on the dashboard and off you go. I finally found a mount that suits me.
