Difficult to find, oddly as big stores have so many polished nickel plates. Reviewers complain that they're not a standard length. Something like that does not exist. Different junction boxes, different installations and even different switch styles such as decorative and traditional switches require different lengths. Most power pliers have a hole that makes them easy to cut to the right length, even for me, a medium-sized hand with mild carpal tunnel weakness. I suspect you could also cut them with regular scissors. What doesn't bother me is that they don't sit flat on my switch plates due to the neck angle. This is probably designed to work with a range of cymbals, meaning it's not ideal for large numbers of cymbals, but it's workable.
