They were cheap so you get what you pay for. Cons: terrible packaging and rust everywhere! I received a box with a huge hole in the side. It looked like it had survived a hurricane and was barely taped together. No bubble wrap or styrofoam to protect items inside from breaking or scratching! And rust! Rust is everywhere. Rust on all parts and nuts/washers. I recommend replacing them as a precaution. Pros: Easy to assemble once you figure out the details. The only instructions you have is a 1 page parts guide with a photo schematic of the finished rack to work with. When assembled properly, the racks are solid and seem to last a long time. Haven't mounted it on the roof rack yet, but will soon!
