Received June 19th, panel worked well in full direct sunlight UPDATE, worked, only gives three stars as it is advertised for marine use and the bracket is not aluminum! This is painted steel, let's see how it performs. The panel works incredibly well! Excellent product, I don't give five stars because the frame is not aluminum (I use it for battery maintenance in my boat), great product. Second update after 8 months, the metal sport is rusted, the panel frame is ok as it is aluminum but the support bracket is rusted. Rust is alive, the device works perfectly.
