I've just received it but it already looks dodgy. Scratches and stains on a protective solar surface. The whole unit is not durable and light at all. There was no car plug in the package. Place it on top of a slightly discharged lead-acid battery and connect a high quality FLIR non-contact (inductive) DC ammeter to one of the leads. 1.36 amps. The voltage shows 13 volts. That loads. This solar panel is so easy to set up, no extra controllers or anything! I got it out of the box and on the roof (trunk) of my Westfalen in less than 10 minutes. My AGM* battery went from 9V to 12V in less than an hour.
