I decided to take myself out for a set after hearing nothing but glowing recommendations from friends and giving in to the advertising of a famous blogger on YouTube. Nothing negative will come from me. These blades are factory sharpened and ready to use. The sharpness, though, quickly dulls, so you'll need to invest in a grindstone. Knives are delicate tools that need to be sharpened regularly. Value for money is unrivaled.
