The device seems to want to shut down whenever it wants. The instructions say to go back.

I'm not quite sure about this tracker. I bought it for our cat who needs medication twice a day and sometimes we can't find it. The device seems to want to shut down whenever it wants. The instructions say to go back to the manual which I didn't get.
