The customer service is fantastic! They are always willing to help you with anything that comes up even if it isn't their immediate area of expertise or experience level (ie; they had someone from our team do some coding work for them).

Their implementation process took longer than we expected but there were several factors involved which made this understandable at least as much so was just how great everyone working behind those scenes has been through everything since then - not once have I ever felt like anyone wasn’t doing what needed done quickly enough without any hesitation by staff members who haven”€"ted me personally when asking about something along these lines during my time here.- You can track your leads using different tags/categories depending upon where each lead originated within BPGroupings into campaigns makes tracking progress very easy too.
